Abstract: Interaction of lasers with biomaterials such as blood, skin, and tissues is an important area of research. Laser tissue interactions can be understood by using spectroscopic and advanced microscopic techniques such as scanning electron microscope (SEM). In the present, work blood samples were collected from normal human subjects under standard laboratory conditions. Blood samples were irradiated by He-Ne laser (Wavelength λ = 632.8 nm, Power P = 3mW). The FTIR spectra for non-irradiated normal blood samples are compared with the FTIR spectra of irradiated blood samples. Significant changes are observed between the various bonds from the FTIR transmission spectra between C=O (Amide I), C-O (Anhydrides), N=O (Nitro), C-N (Amines) and C-H (Alkenes).............

Abstract: Coronary aneurysm is an uncommon variant of coronary atherosclerosis. It usually involves the right coronary artery and is often associated with significant coronary stenosis. It may be revealed by an acute coronary syndrome(ACS). We report the case of a 47 year-old man in whom a large coronary aneurysm of the left anterior coronary artery was revealed by an ACS. Through this observation we will discuss the peculiarities of aneurysmal coronary disease.

Abstract: With improvement in economic and living conditions of the communities, the age of acquiring hepatitis A virus (HAV) infection is shifting from early childhood to adolescence and young adulthood. Such epidemiological shift leads to an increased incidence of symptomatic HAV infection, including heightened risk of liver failure. The present study was conducted in Diayala province for the period from 15 / 10 / 2017 to 10 / 4 / 2018. It included; 80 children patients were attended Al-Batool Hospital. 19 of patients were males and 61 were females. The age range was 1 years to 5 years. The study aimed to determining the rate of HAV-specific IgM antibodies in children aged from1 to 5 years. Serum specimens were collected for each children. Detection of HAV-specific IgM was done by Enzyme Rapid test. The results of the present study showed that the 9 children (11.25%) were anti-HAV IgM positive.........

Abstract: This research aims to study species diversity and availability of natural seedling of mangrove communities in the Oeteta mangrove forest, and suggested species enrichment of the communities. This research was carried out between June and Augustus 2004 in the Oeteta Village of Sulamu District of Kupang Regency. The method of this research is field observation. Samples were determined by transect line plot technique. Data were calculated by the equation of basal area, density, and dominance, and analyzed by the equation of importance value, richness, diversity, and similarity index. The results show that there are eight mangrove communities in the Oeteta Mangrove Forest. Mangrove communities which have relatively high diversity are Rhizophora mucronata, Sonneratia alba, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Ceriops tagal, and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza-Rhizophora mucronata community........
