Abstract: This study analyzed the challenges faced in the implementation of Judicial Processing Units (UPJs) in the second instance of the Goiás Court of Justice (TJGO), focusing on process efficiency and organizational climate. Data was collected through a questionnaire applied to employees of the Civil and Criminal UPJs, covering seven dimensions: autonomy, interaction and cooperation, participation, managerial support, training, resistance to change, and the implementation of the UPJs.
