Abstract:The research investigates the impacts of digital enablers such as digital infrastructure, digital literacy, and e-governance accessibility on the reduction of social stratification and the improvement of public services access. Employing structural equation Modeling (SEM) and data from a survey of 202 respondents belonging to different socio-economic gradients, this research seeks to answer how these digital factors, in sum, assist in fostering equitable access to public services. The results show that digital literacy is the most significant predictor of the reduction of social stratification and aided public service access and came before digital infrastructure and e-governance accessibility.....
