Abstract: The 2017 hotly contested and once nullified General Elections in Kenya revolved around three key issues: resource, poverty and the marginalization. To the majority, it was a protest vote against the Kenyatta regime. The mega national projects that were initiated by his government were widely seen as 'gifts' to be used to entice the voters. But as the outcome of the elections show, the main opposition party and conservationists successfully took advantage in using these environmentally unfriendly projects to agitate people's protests as it were for the case here, dam constructions in the Mau water tower......

Abstract: The Jagannath religion revolves around the worship of Lord Jagannath, who is largely considered a Vaishnavite deity, especially linked with Lord Krishna (an avatar of Vishnu). Transcending the religious boundaries, the Jagannath cult has evolved, comprising elements from various branches of Brahminic tantric tradition and even incorporates heterodox Buddhist and aboriginal religious practices. Both Brahmanical influence as well as tribal elements are present considerably in the Jagannath cult, signifying integration of both 'great tradition' and 'little tradition'.i As a result, the ideologies which are associated with the Jagannatha cult have developed into an inclusive ideology that is relevant to individuals from varieties of backgrounds, social classes and cultural groups.........

Abstract: Contexto: O presente trabalho busca investigar como a integração das tecnologias digitais e o modelo teórico MTSK pode contribuir para a formação de professores da EJA de forma a potencializar o ensino e a aprendizagem nesse contexto, fundamentando-se nos aportes teóricos da Teoria Sociocultural e da pedagogia freiriana. Abstract: Since new business models are the result of recent digitization processes, digitalization is one of the primary forces behind the transformation of corporate work practices. In addition to the constant use of information technology in business, the IT sector must take care of its workers and guarantee their happiness. The purpose of this research is to evaluate how employee happiness in the IT sector is affected by digitization. Qualitative empirical research served as the foundation for this work. The purpose of the study is to investigate how employee happiness in the IT sector is affected by the digitization of human resources. What impact does new technology have on human resources? What role does new technology have in raising employee satisfaction?
