Abstract: Background: Bronchial Asthma is most common, chronic, non-communicable, heterogenous, inflammatory disease of respiratory passages affecting over 399 million individuals worldwide. Asthma and metabolic syndrome are major health problems that have increased rapidly worldwide and there are close links between asthma and metabolic syndrome which is characterised by central obesity impaired glucose tolerance or insulin resistance, hypertension and dyslipidemia.........
