Abstract: Background: Immunization, also referred to as vaccination, is a medical technique that employs a vaccine to strengthen the immune system in order to avoid infectious diseases. An important consideration in the delivery of healthcare services is the extent to which mothers feel that the services they received met their needs and expectations. Maternal satisfaction is a key indicator of the quality and effectiveness of immunization programs.
