ABSTRACT: Hematopoietic system is severely burdened by cancer and cancer treatment. One of the most frequent as well as clinically important, complications of malignancy and its treatment is anaemia, which occurs in an estimated 3075% of cancer patients, based on tumor type, stage, and treatment modality. ABSTRACT: Study of avian diversity in riverine habitat aids in better planning and management of the structure, type, growth and overall conservation of the region. The study conducted in the Yamuna River basin near Hodal recorded 61 species of wetland birds spanning 23 families and 11 orders, with the greatest species diversity observed in Passeriformes (16 species), Charadriiformes (13 species) and Anseriformes (11 species).
