Abstract: Flow, conceptualized by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, is widely understood as an optimal psychological state characterized by deep immersion, intrinsic motivation, and enhanced performance. This study aims to explore the negative aspects of flow within the context of cinema creatives. The research is grounded in Flow theory given by Csikszentmihalyi and Burnout theory by Maslach. Although previous research has highlighted the significance of flow, it’s positive implications and negative aspects such as burnout, limited attention has been given to variables such as disconnection, emotional strain and paradoxical relationship......

Abstract: Organic farming is a sustainable agricultural practice that avoids usage of synthetic chemicals and depends upon natural methods. Organic produce is free from chemical residues, making it healthier for consumers. It contains more specific vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than conventionally grown food. Nowadays the usage of organic products has been increased among the citizens of the urban areas. Abstract: Research suggests that marital quality is a multidimensional construct. In two studies – one based in USA (1986) and the other in China (2013) – it was found that it is a five-dimensional construct. This study had past studies as the starting point. Data based on a survey questionnaire was collected from a sample of respondents residing in India’s National Capital Region (Delhi-NCR). Sample size of the study was N=303. Data thus collected was analyzed using statistical software packages such as SPSS and SPSS Amos.......

Abstract: Poverty is a serious problem still continues to exist in various parts of Indian society. Crisis in rural agrarian sector job and collapsed of community-based livelihood forces a large number of rural people to move from rural agrarian sector to urban informal sector for searching of jobs. As unskilled labourers these population unable to find job in a formal sector work and end up in informal sector job activities.
