Abstract: In the present paper, I have tried to paint one of the glorious Indian art forms. As it is practiced in the Mithila region of Bihar and Nepal. It is Called Mithila and Madhubani art. These Painting are known for representing ritual content for particular occasions,includingfestivals,religiousrituals,etc. etc The colors used in Madhubani paintings are usually derived from plants and other natural sources. These colors are often bright and pigments like lamp. black and ochre are used to create black and brown respectively. Instead of contemporary brushes, objects like twigs, matchsticks and even fingers are used to create the paintings. Due to these uniqueness, Now it has become popularized and commercialized.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of internship training on student's competency and work ethic at hotel hospitality accommodation school. The sample in this research is vocational school in Bengkulu, sample are taken by using random sampling to decide which class would be used to apply internship method. Data are analyzed by using ANOVA and MANOVA statistic test with significance level 5%. The result of this research shows that internship method has influence on student competency (31.90), instructor DUDI gives the highest influence. There is an influence between internship method with students' work ethic (10.50) and same age tutor method has the highest influence. Internship method has influence on competency and work ethic simultaneously with the influence level 10.20

Abstract: This research aims to find out the difference between problem based learning models and conventional to students' mathematical literacy skills. This research was conducted by experimental method. The research population is a grade VIII student of SMP Negeri 10 North Bengkulu. The sample consists of two groups, namely the Problem Based Learning model group and the Conventional group. Both groups were given pre-tests to determine the initial ability of students' mathematical literacy. After the Pre-Test, the Problem Based Learning group gets learning with problem based learning synaesses and conventional groups get learning according to conventional synapses. Both classes give post-test to find out the differences and improve students' mathematical literacy skills. Data processing......
