Abstract: This paper presents a unique case of a 45-year-old male patient, Mr. Kailash Neware, who showed clinical signs of peritoneal carcinomatosis — a life-threatening condition often related to advanced abdominal malignancy. Despite diagnostic indications such as severe ascites, omental cake, bowel loop adhesion, and an ADA level of 87.4 (strongly suggestive of abdominal TB or malignancy), the patient was treated exclusively with Copper Pendulum Therapy at BCTRC. Remarkable clinical resolution was observed within five months, without the use of any pharmacological or surgical intervention. This case highlights the potential of vibrational electromagnetic therapy as a non-invasive complementary tool in critical care.

Abstract: The dentigerous cyst is the second most common odontogenic cyst in the oral cavity. Dentigerous cysts are most commonly observed in the second and third decades of life, demonstrating a male predominance with a reported male-to-female ratio of 3:2. The prevalence rates ranging from 0.8% to 3.6%. In rare case dentigerous cysts occur in early twenties. Here we present an interesting case of dentigerous cyst in a13year old paediatric male patient involving unerupted permanent mandibular right second molar and its treatment of choice. Surgical marsupialization........

Abstract: The advent of laser technology has introduced a paradigm shift in dentistry, offering minimally invasive alternatives to conventional treatment methods. Lasers provide precision, effective hemostasis, superior bacterial reduction, and improved patient comfort, while simultaneously enhancing wound healing and tissue regeneration. Their versatility allows applications ranging from diagnostic adjuncts to complex surgical procedures. Current evidence highlights their potential to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, though results remain heterogeneous due to variations in wavelength, parameters......

Abstract: The chest wall consists of soft tissue, cartilage, and bone tissue. Tumors that arise from the soft tissue of the chest wall are less common than tumors in other parts of the body. Primary soft tissue tumors of chest wall include mainly adipocytic tumors, muscular tumors, vascular tumors, peripheral nerve sheath tumors, cutaneous lesions, fibroblastic-myofibroblastic tumors, and fibrohistiocytic tumors. More than 50% of the chest wall tumors are malignant [1]. CT and MRI play a crucial role in diagnosing chest wall tumors. Due to the rarity of these tumours, we analysed the imaging features of such tumours that we encountered in our institute over 1 year.

Abstract: Dental discoloration often presents as an aesthetic challenge due to intrinsic discolorations, surface irregularities and compromised enamel translucency. Treatment requires a balance between preparation techniques and the achievement of optimal aesthetic outcomes. While ceramic veneers are regarded as the gold standard for masking severe discolorations, their preparation often necessitates more aggressive tooth reduction and higher financial cost, which may not always be ideal for young patients or those seeking conservative and economical solutions. In recent years, indirect composite veneers have emerged as a viable alternative......

Abstract: Leno weaved ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene continuous fiber ribbon systems are developed to enhance the toughness of composite resins, increasing their durability and damage tolerance. No additional preparation is required and these continuous fibers can be adapted in close approximation to the sound tooth substance. Multiple directional yarns and mesh-like nodal intersections in these continuous fibers lead to multiple load paths that redistribute the masticatory forces over a larger bed of composite restoration. This article compared clinical outcome of fiber reinforced composite restorations.....

Abstract: The advancement of digital dentistry has significantly improved the rehabilitation of edentulous patients. Sophisticated dentures supported by implants, when combined with intraoral scanner tools, ensure enhanced accuracy, efficiency, and patient comfort. This article discusses the role of digital scanners in planning and fabricating implant-supported dentures, highlights their advantages over traditional methods, and outlines a standardized clinical workflow. The integration of these technologies is shaping the future of prosthetic dentistry by offering.....

Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is known for being difficult to detect in its early stages. It is known to be asymptomatic until it has reached its late, and often fatal, stages. Oftentimes, a late pancreatic cancer diagnosis leads to a poor prognosis, making pancreatic cancer an incredibly deadly disease. Despite this, certain characteristics of pancreatic cancer can allow for an earlier detection. Previous research has determined several factors that can be attributed to the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Hereditary factors pose a considerable risk for hereditary pancreatic cancer....

Abstract: Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy is a non-invasive form of therapy used across the fields of medicine and dentistry for therapeutic efficacy. In general, photobiomodulation therapy uses low-level lasers for the treatment and management of various odontogenic and non-odontogenic diseases and lesions. Recent studies have shown that PBM is highly effective and has fewer adverse effects. This article focuses on the use of PBM in the field of Oral Medicine for the management of the following lesions: oral mucositis, oral potentially malignant disorders, other mucosal lesions such.....

Abstract: Appendicitis is a common cause of abdominal pain requiring surgical intervention, with bacterial infections being the primary etiology. However, in rare cases, parasitic infestations can contribute to its development. Enterobius vermicularis, commonly known as the pinworm, is one such parasite that can occasionally lead to appendicitis. While Enterobius vermicularis is well-known for causing anal pruritus, its migration to the appendix is an infrequent and under-recognized cause of appendicitis. This case report reviews a 35-year-old male infected with Enterobius vermicularis found in the appendix lumen......
