Abstract: The growth of digital music streaming platforms has changed the way music is distributed and
accessed across the world. These platforms make music easily available to listeners the royalty distribution
process still faces several challenges. Limited transparency, delayed payments, and the involvement of
multiple intermediaries often reduce efficiency and affect the earnings received by artists.
