Abstract: The influences of the various preparation parameters (including the pH value, reaction temperature, and holding time) on the phase formation and morphology development were investigated in detail. Graphite was observed on the surface of γ- Bi2MoO6 after the co-precipitation and calcination treatment. The synthesized Bi2MoO6 –Graphite flake composite nanoparticles (NP's) were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) for identify crystalline phases and particle size, Raman spectroscopy is identify active species during the reaction, UV-Visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-DRS) revealed for band energy of semiconductors, Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) to determine.............
