Abstract: As the waves of the financial crisis began to pound the centers of world finance, there have been some belated recognition of the danger posed by short term capital flows. Countries afflicted by the financial crisis have been forced to take their own measures to protect their economy. This paper proposes the use of Indigenous Textile (Aso-oke) as one of the instruments by which the problem of national economic meltdown in Nigeria can be solved by providing self reliance and job opportunities to other numerous people. The paper examines the history of Indigenous textile (Aso-oke), and reveals the raw materials for producing it. The paper also examines the prospect of traditional cloth production with its accompanying benefit of assuaging the delectating consequences of national economic meltdown. Abstract: A revised derivation of Hubble's Law by Wu's Spacetime Shrinkage Theory is proposed. The methodology of the derivation is discussed in detail. Because that Hubble's Law can be successfully derived from Wu's Spacetime Shrinkage Theory, instead of Acceleration Doppler Effect, the expansion of the universe can also be interpreted by Wu's Spacetime Shrinkage Theory due to aging of the universe with no concern of dark energy

Abstract: The well-established powerful ion beam analytical technique, particle induced X-ray emission (PIXE) has been utilized for the determination of the elemental concentration of soil of Savar EPZ area, Dhaka. In this work 9 soil samples have been collected from different location of Savar EPZ area. The adequate modernized facilities available in the accelerator laboratory of Atomic Energy Centre (AEC), Dhaka have been used for the research work, from sample preparation to data analysis and also for research writing. The proton beam energy 2.2 MeV and the current range 10-15 nA are used in my experiments. Microprocessor control Freeze Drying system, Oven (0-220 V), Microbalance and pellet maker have been used for sample preparation. A [Si (Li)] detector with associated other equipments such as amplifier, pre-amplifier, MCA Buffer, PC are used for data acquisition. The energy of the emitted X-rays indicates the identity of the elements and the intensity of the X-rays emission gives a measure....
