Abstract: The administrations of non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used due to their les adverse effects and good safety. Celebrex is one of NSAID which works by reducing enzymes that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Celebrex is used as an antipyretics, analgesics, and in the treatment of muscles aches. It also used for patient with rheumatoid arthritis to reduce pain as an anti- inflammatory agent for a long time. However, some recent studies have reported that rheumatoid patients have been identified for varying degrees of stomach, small intestinal bleeding, and liver injuries. This histological investigation helps to explain the adverse effect of Celebrex on the previously mentioned organs. Abstract: Due to high annual variability in rainfall, it is very difficult to maintain agronomic practices for wheat crop. However, planting density has particular importance in production of wheat because it can be controlled at farmer level. A three yield trial was conducted at adaptive Research Farm Sheikhupura, to investigate the impact of different seeding rates on growth, yield and yield parameters of wheat(Triticum aestivumL.). Plant density, number of fertile tillers, biomass and all other yield factors significantly increased with increase in seeding rate by 12%. Four seed rates were compared: 112, 125, 136 and 150 kg ha-1. The maximum germination, productive tillers, plant height and number of grains per spike were observed under seed rate of 136 kg ha-1. However, number of grain per spike is not significantly correlated with seeding............

Abstract: This work was designed to assess the antibacterial activity of Astrotrichiliaparvifolia, a Malagasyendemic Meliaceae used in traditional medicine.Ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from leaves were tested against pathogenic germs including 4 Gram(+) and 4Gram (-) bacteriausing disk diffusion and micro dilution methods.At 1000μg/disk, both extracts showedan inhibitory activityagainstGram(+)but not Gram (-)bacteria. Bacillus cereus was the most sensitive germ with an Inhibition Zone Diameter (IZD) of 13mm and 14mm with ethyl acetate and methanol extracts respectively and Streptococcus pneumoniae the less sensitive with an IZD of 9mm and 10mm. With Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) values ranging from 230 to 930μg/ml, the two extracts displayed significant activity on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus andStreptococcus pyogenes. Theyhad the same level of activity againstStreptococcus pyogenes but the methanol extract.........

Abstract: Celiac disease (CD) is main gastrointestinal disease initiated by an immune reaction to gluten in genetically susceptible people. The objective of this analysis attempted to evaluate the nature as well as effect of systemic cytokine and adipokines levels within the pathophysiology of CD and also the role of therapy with gluten completely free diet on the status of its. Cytokine assays had been carried out on fifty children patients with effective CD and positive TTG IgA antibodies, and the effects were compared with healthy controls. Individuals with active CD with positive antibodies had significantly greater degrees of pro inflammatory cytokines, for example interferon- γ, tumor necrosis factor–α, IL-4 and IL-6,IL-8, and the Th -2 cytokines for example IL-5 and IL-10, in contrast to controls............
