Abstract: The minimum living allowances for residents has received extensive attention.Since the reform and opening up, China's economic level has developed rapidly and the gross national product has continued to grow. We are steadily moving on the road of socialism. In order to realize a comprehensive well-off society at an early date, the State Council issued the "Notice on Establishing a System of Urban Residents' Living Security in the Country" in 1997, which is the beginning of the current low-income policy. It can be seen that studying and predicting changes in the amount of subsistence allowances is of great significance for understanding national policies and national economic conditions. In this paper, we use multivariate linear regression analysis, Martin method to calculate poverty.......

Abstract: This study covers the preparation of a GIS Master Plan for the Municipal Dock of Darjeeling covering the proposal for the drinking water supply system as well as the collection of rainwater, including identification of a slum house on the Darjeeling Municipal Map. We identify the current drinking water sources and among the city's residents with a view to evaluating the scenario and public water supplies in Darjeeling town. The use of GIS maps and water storage availability identify current water supply system problems in the town and correlate population growth with that of water supply & demand. The ultimate objective of this paper is to analyse the challenges for the water supply system in the Darjeeling city.

Abstract: The present research work shows role of the anthropogenic activities on the hydrochemistry of the riverwater of the Tista river in its lower where it flows through plain land and finally fall into the Brahmaputra river in Rangpur division, Bnagladesh. Field works were performed in in the month of July, 2014. Sampling were done in four points along a longtudinal section of the Tista river and Brahmaputra river (near the mouth of the Tista river). Major ion compositions (cations Ca+2, Mg+2, Na+, K+ and anions HCO31-, Cl1- and SO42-) were used to study the hydrochemical characteristics of water in order to evaluate the water quality of the Tista River. The pH value of the river water decreases in the downstream direction where the inflow water from the irrigation areas influence and again...........
